A-grade mono cells are inspected and sorted by current bin before anything reaches the stringer — a mismatched cell drags the whole string down for twenty-five years.

Machine-set cell spacing and soldering temperature, so every string in every module is laid the same way — not eyeballed.
Lay-up & lamination
EVA encapsulation between high-transmittance tempered glass and backsheet, vacuum-laminated to seal out the monsoon for good.
EL scan & flash test
Electroluminescence imaging catches micro-cracks the eye cannot see; the flash test records actual output and bins the module by power.
Framing, packing & dispatch
Anodised aluminium frame rated for high wind and snow load, then palletised with its serial list and test report for dispatch across India.
